Acetyl Hexapeptide 3 (Argireline®)
Argireline® is a synthesized peptide that displays anti-wrinkle results by blocking the transmitter from the muscle to the skin, keeping skin relaxed and smooth. Derived from various plants.
Actinidia Chinensis (Kiwi Seed Oil)
From Kiwi, this cold pressed Kiwi Seed oil contains over 60% alpha linolenic acid which helps our skin and hair retain moisture.
Acyl Glutamate (L)
L-Glutamic Amino Acid surfactant; milder than all the rest! Also maintains elasticity of the stratum corneum proteins.
Aesculus Hippocastanum Extract (Horse Chestnut Seed)
Apart from improving the health of veins and capillaries, it helps to prevent “capillary fragility”. It also improves circulation in the skin. Contains L-Epicatechin (anti-allergy and antioxidant); L-Esculin (anti-capillary-fragility factor and sunscreen and cancer-preventive); and L-Rutin (anti-dermatitis and anti-capillary-fragility factor).
Albumen
A protein derived from egg whites, nourishing, firming.
Allantoin
Botanical extract found in comfrey leaves and is non-allergenic. Excellent anti-inflammatory and aids in the healing of damaged skin by stimulating new tissue growth.
Almond Oil (Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis)
Almond oil is cold pressed from 100% pure almond nuts and then gently refined. This high quality nutritive nut oil is a great emollient for softening and conditioning the skin and hair.
Aloe Vera Extract (Aloe Barbadensis)
Soothing, healing, the best chiral components of aloe; all the things that make it worthy of its own legend. D-Mannose-Phosphate is the healer. D-Hydroxy-Chromone and D-Methyl-Phytyl-Chromanol are the antioxidants. D-Methyl-Tocol is the anti-inflammatory.
Alpha Bisabobol (D)
Bisabolol and chamazulene (which is responsible for its deep blue color) contribute to the anti-inflammatory properties of the genuine chamomile oil.
Alpha-Bisabolol (L)
Pure Chamomile Bisabolol, better than Azulene as an anti-inflammatory, wound healer, anti-burn agent, it is the most active part of the Chamomile herb.
Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA)
Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) is an exfoliant derived from fruit sources but also from such varied sources as sugar cane, milk, apples and wine. There are a variety of compounds that function as an AHA including citric acid (plain old vitamin C), glycolic acid, lactic acid, malic acid and tartaric acid.
Alpha Tocopherol (D) (Vitamin E)
This is the Chirally correct and most effective natural form of Vitamin E. Is an antioxidant, healing, natural sun protection, right-handed Vitamin E; more effective than the left-handed or the racemic combination of left and right which dominate the skin care and health food industry. The antioxidant with the biggest reputation. From Purslane (Portulaca Oleracea) plant where it occurs at 2300 ppm.
Aminoguanidine
An inhibitor of protein glycation. Maintains supple skin by preventing sugars from crystallizing on collagen fibrils thus preventing the fibrils from becoming brittle. Preserves protein structure.
Aniba Rosaeodora Essential Oil (Rosewood)
Rosewood is soothing, creates skin elasticity and helps the skin rid itself of irritations and problems. It is anti-infectious, antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, and anti-parasitic.
Antarcticine
A glycoprotein from the Antarctic Sea obtained from a strain of Antarctic micro-organisms that live in glaciers, known as the collagen alternative. Helps prevent against dryness, protects against cold weather, and increases skin cell formation.
Anthemis Nobilis Extract (Chamomile)
From the chamomile herb, soothing, calming.
Apple Extract (Pyrus Malus)
Botanical that protects against premature aging of the skin by reducing the skin damaging effects of free radicals. Skin firming.
Apricot Oil (Prunus Armeniaca)
Contains L-Amygdalin (anti-inflammatory and cancer-preventive); L-Beta-Sitosterol (anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer); and Squalane (lipid-peroxidation inhibitor and anti-tumor).
Aqua (Distilled Water)
Supercritical distillation and Fullerene filtration make this the "hungriest" and purest water on the planet. Holds and delivers more ingredients! It is also more expensive than purified water, or de-ionized water.
Arginine PCA (L)
An Amino Acid that has healing properties, relaxes blood vessels and capillaries, and boosts skin immunity. Derived from nuts and seeds. It out performs Sodium PCA in bringing moisture to the skin.
Arnica (Arnica Montana)
Arnica has been used for medicinal purposes since the 1500s. Arnica flowers help speed the post-operative recovery process, reducing uncomfortable swelling and bruising and often post-operative pain.
Ascaridole (L)
Chirally correct antioxidant derived from Wormseed (Epazote herb) or Boldo tree. Botanical oxygen. Anti-fungal.
Ascorbic Acid (L)
Chirally correct form of Vitamin C and the most effective for the skin. Strengthens the capillaries, cell walls and increases the efficacy of your sunscreen considerably by better regulating melanin production and hindering hyperpigmentation.
Azelaic Acid
Derived from the potato tuber, has been shown to be effective in the treatment of hyperpigmentation (including melasma). It is at least as effective as Hydroquinone but is less irritating and much better tolerated. Effective in the treatment of comedonal and inflammatory acne, where it has been shown to be as effective as topical Tretinoin, Benzoyl Peroxide, Erythromycin and oral Tetracycline. In addition, Azelaic Acid has been shown to be effective in the treatment of rosacea and has anti-tumorigenic power.

Soothing, calming, and hydrating.

Balm mint A.K.A. Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), a member of the mint family, is a calming and anti inflammatory.

Behentrimonium Methosulfate
This scientifically sophisticated ingredient is renowned for its superior detangling ability, without causing build-up on the hair. It is not a sulfate.
Behenyl Alcohol
Binder derived from naturally occurring fatty alcohols. They are the counterparts of fatty acids and fatty aldehydes.
Benzethonium Chloride
Bio-tech derived preservative - A synthetic quanternary ammonium, surfactant, antiseptic, and anti-infective compound used as a topical antimicrobial agent.
Benzyl Alcohol
A.K.A Jasmine Alcohol as per the INCI (International Nomenclature for Cosmetic Ingredients) for our Jasmine Alcohol is a fatty alcohol derived from plants and acts as a preservative. We need to use this name because there is no INCI designation for Jasmine Alcohol.
Bergamot Essential Oil (Citrus Aurantium Bergamia)
An herb with antiseptic properties known to help relieve skin irritations and balance oily complexion. Excellent for use in skin care.
Beta-Fructan (D)
From Date Palm, helps the skin moisturize itself.
Beta-Glucosamine (D) (Glucosamine)
From Chinese Foxglove, strengthens the skin.
Black Currant Seed Oil (Ribes Nigrum)
Extremely rich source of essential fatty acids. Repairing, antioxidant, emollient.
Boldine (D) extract (Peumus Boldus Mol)
Is a natural alkaloid from the Chilean boldo tree (peumus boldus mol). This right-handed molecule is the chirally correct form. It is a powerful antioxidant and prevents peroxidation.
Borage (Borago Officinalis)
Anti-aging, emollient, very rich in essential fatty acids.
Broccoli Sulfur
Broccoli is the highest sulfur bearing plant and its colloidal sulfur is milder and less drying. Antiseptic and infection fighting.
Butcher Broom Extract (Ruscus Aculeatus)
Inhibits inflammation and tones vein walls. From the Lily family. It contains the very special L-Rutin from the Quercitin family of plant pigments. L-Rutin is known for being an "anti-capillary-fragility" factor. It also shares in Quercitin's attributes.
Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter)
From the Karite Tree, soothing, moisturizing, emollient.

Caffeine
Antioxidant, and analgesia, anti-viral action, anti-dermatitis, and cancer prevention. It has been shown that topical application of caffeine can decrease the thickness of subcutaneous fat. Topical application of caffeine is safe, as shown by the safe use of it to facilitate breathing of newborns.
Calendula Essential Oil (Calendula Officinalis)
Anti-inflammatory herb, assists in strengthening capillaries, anti-inflammatory, helps heal, contains L-Beta-Sitosterol (anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer); D-Lupeol (anti-peroxidant and anti-inflammatory); and L-Rutin (anti-capillary-fragility factor).

Camellia Sinensis Extract (Green Tea)
Green tea extract contains high levels of polyphenols and is also a rich source of EGCG ( an antioxidant), that's over 200 times more potent than Vitamin E in fighting free radicals and peroxidation. Is anti-bacterial and anti aging, anti-cancer.
Canadian Willowherbä (Epilobium augustifolium)
Canadian Willowherb is a non-willow plant that "soothes" the forest by quickly reclaiming areas scorched by forest fires. It contains a bioactive molecule: Oenothein-B, patented for its wide ranging anti-inflammatory, non-steroidal activity. Cedar Wood Essential Oil (Cedrus Atlantica)

Desert Harvest (Exotic Fruit Extracts from the Australian Desert)

Deuterium Oxide (Heavy Water/D2O)

Diatomaceous Earth
This "earth" is made out of the silica "skeletons" of algae (gold algae, because they have chlorophyll but also other pigments that give them a special color). They are insoluble and practically inert, and provide a good physical exfoliation. They also have been described as silicon dioxide natural crystals (from algae).
Dihydroxyacetone
Lightly tints the skin bronze, obtained by processing friendly bacteria and glycerol.
Dimethicone
From silica (sand). Increases the linking of Hyaluronic and other muccopolysaccharides to protein. For healthy shine in hair.

Hyaluronic Acid
A humectant that has the ability to transmit massive amounts of water into the skin (in the neighborhood of 1000 times its own weight) usually derived from rooster combs, but here is bio-tech derived.
Hydrocotyl Extract (Centella Asiatica)

Jojoba Oil (Simmondsia Chinensis)
Non oily and water soluble emollient.
Jojoba Beads
Spherical beads made from hardened Jojoba Oil for physical exfoliation, wax from Jojoba; in bead form for low-friction scrubbing.

The Kakadu Plum has been identified world wide as the single natural food source with the highest vitamin C content on the planet! Kaolin
This white powder is insoluble and has excellent absorbent qualities. Mangosteen
