Wholesale Account Requirements
|
New wholesale accounts must provide:
- A Medical and/or Esthetician License is required in order to purchase SIRCUIT®PRO products.
- Tax ID Number and/or Resale Number
- Company Profile Form, including peel release waiver. (Shipping will be held until all paperwork is completed)
As a retailer of SIRCUIT® Cosmeceuticals, you will be provided the following:

At SIRCUIT® Cosmeceuticals we understand that no two businesses are the same, therefore, we are flexible regarding opening orders. It is our practice to work closely with you and assist in making selections that both meet your business needs and offer a good representation of the line. After the initial opening order, there are no requirements for professional products (SIRCUIT®PRO) and a 3 piece minimum on all wholesale home care products (SIRCUIT®SKIN).

To protect the integrity and reputation of the SIRCUIT® Cosmeceuticals Inc. line, we offer all SIRCUIT® wholesale accounts fair and equitable internet sales policy, SIRCUIT® will allow the sale of SIRCUIT® products on the internet with the following restrictions:
All SIRCUIT® Cosmeceuticals retail products may be sold by approved licensed skincare professionals only. The online sale of SIRCUIT®SKIN products is not permitted by any SIRCUIT® retailer without prior completion and approval of a SIRCUIT® Cosmeceuticals Inc. Non-Exclusive Internet Sales Distribution Agreement.
All SIRCUIT® Cosmeceuticals Inc. intellectual property usage (i.e. trademarks, logos, images, photos, text and layout) must be pre-approved, in writing, by SIRCUIT® Cosmeceuticals Inc.
All SIRCUIT® Cosmeceuticals Inc. products must be listed at or above the recommended retail price. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE SIRCUIT® Cosmeceuticals Inc. PRODUCTS PERMITTED TO BE SOLD ON THE INTERNET AT A DISCOUNT.
If an unauthorized website is selling SIRCUIT® products at a discounted price, please contact our offices immediately and submit a "Report of unauthorized Internet Sales"/ SIRCUIT® will actively pursue any website that sells SIRCUIT® products below the recommended retail price.
All SIRCUIT® Cosmeceuticals Inc. products are to be sold in the U. S. only. No International Shipping unless approved for sale in a specific country, in writing by SIRCUIT® Cosmeceuticals Inc.
Failure to comply with all Internet Sales restrictions may result in suspension and/or termination of the account. The re-sale of SIRCUIT® merchandise to any third party for wholesale use (ex. discount websites, beauty supply retailers, online auction sites, etc.) is not permitted and strictly monitored. Any unauthorized sales by professional and/or wholesale accounts will result in the immediate termination of your account.

No modifications or alterations shall be made to SIRCUIT® packaging and/or product contained therein by any means or in any way.

Methods of payment accepted are Master Card, Visa & American Express. Payment in full is required prior to shipping (no exceptions).

All orders are shipped within 48 hours and considered F.O.B. factory. All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground service unless otherwise requested. Shipping charges are as follows:
Ground (Less than 5lbs.) - $9.50
Ground (5lbs. & Up) - $16.00
Alaska/Hawaii - $25.00

Please Note For All SIRCUIT®PRO Professional Accounts: Due to shopping cart restrictions within our website, it is not possible to calculate shipping charges at the time of checkout for SIRCUIT®PRO professional and SIRCUIT®SKIN wholesale homecare orders. Upon checkout you may notice that the shopping cart indicates "FREE Shipping", this is for individual retail customers only and does not apply to SIRCUIT®PRO professional and SIRCUIT®SKIN wholesale homecare orders. Shipping charges (as stated above) will be calculated upon receipt of your online orders and will be processed as a separate charge. Once we have completed your entire order transaction, you will receive an email (a copy is included with your order) that reflects all charges (including shipping). Upon receiving your orders, please inspect them to ensure all items have arrived in perfect condition and are exactly as you ordered. If you happen to find any discrepancies, simply follow the return instructions below. Yes, it's that easy. Our goal is for you to be sassy, happy, look sensational, and love our products as much as we do. Used SIRCUIT®PRO and/or SIRCUIT®SKIN products may not be returned.
In order to return your item(s), you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) Label within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returns will not qualify for a credit without an RAN Label. All product returns must have been purchased through the SIRCUIT® Cosmeceuticals website and/or factory. Returns will not be accepted on products purchased through other outlets.
How to Return a SIRCUIT®PRO and/or SIRCUIT®SKIN Product:
- Obtain your RAN Label via email by submitting your details here or by calling SIRCUIT® Cosmeceuticals directly at 1-888-661-4544.
- All pieces, parts and printed materials must be in their original packaging.
- Affix RAN# label and shipping label to the outside packaging of your return
- Please retain your shipping receipt in the event your package is lost in transit.
- Upon approval, returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
