Shipping Policies
Domestic orders are shipped via FedEx®. We offer FREE FedEx Ground® shipping on all domestic orders over $150. All other domestic orders will incur a flat shipping fee of $14.50 per order. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via FedEx Ground® and will incur a flat shipping fee of $25.00 per order. Free Shipping promotions do not apply to Alaska and Hawaii. Please remember to provide a street address and phone number as FedEx® will not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Under normal circumstances, orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders placed between 3pm PST Friday and 11:59pm PST Sunday will ship within 24-48 hours of the next business day. Delays may occur due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control. Expedited shipping is available through www.sircuitskin.com or by calling 1-888-661-4544.

International Orders are NON-RETURNABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE. All orders being delivered outside the 50 United States are shipped via FedEx International Economy® and are both trackable and insured. Cost will be calculated per order, prior to shipping and will be communicated through email for confirmation and address verification.

Please Note: International shipments may incur delays and/or additional duties, fees & charges via customs depending on country, weight & value of the package. Although we encourage international purchasing, we do ask that you be aware that the charges incurred can be significant and are incurred at your own expense. International Orders are NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE therefore refused shipments will not be accepted.

Although the "price" or offer may be tempting, please protect yourself by purchasing from only authorized SIRCUIT®SKIN product retailers and be aware of the following risks if you purchase SIRCUIT® Cosmeceuticals products from an unauthorized reseller:

• Products sold may be expired, used, discontinued, damaged, stolen or counterfeit.
• These products may not meet stringent U.S. safety standards and inspections or the requirements of certain international markets.
• These products will not be covered by SIRCUIT® Cosmeceuticals Inc. return policy.
• Despite promises of prompt shipping, there are often long delays between a credit card purchase and the date on which the merchandise is actually shipped.    

 Contact with the seller may be difficult or impossible.

• Price may be inflated, incorrect, or changed after you place your order.
• Inferior product may be substituted for the listed SIRCUIT® Cosmeceuticals product.

Return Policy
We just know you're going to love everything! BUT if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you can return the unused portion of any FULL sized SIRCUIT®SKIN product (sample sizes are non-refundable) for a full refund, less delivery charges. Yes, it's that easy. Our goal is for you to be sassy, happy, look sensational, and love our products as much as we do!

In order to return your item(s), you must first obtain a Return Authorization No. Label (RAN#) within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returns will not qualify for a credit without an RAN# Label. All product returns must have been purchased through the SIRCUIT®Cosmeceuticals website.


How to Return a SIRCUIT®SKIN Product

  1. Obtain your RAN# Label within 30 days of our receipt of your order via email by submitting your details in the form below or by calling SIRCUIT®   Cosmeceuticals directly at 1-888-661-4544 Mon-Fri 8am-4pm PST.
  2. All pieces, parts and printed materials must be in their original packaging.
  3. Affix RAN# label to the outside packaging of your return
  4. Please retain your shipping receipt in the event your package is lost in transit.
  5. Returns & exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.

Please Note: 

International Orders are NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE therefore refused shipments will not be accepted. Returns will not be accepted on products purchased through other retail locations.

Backorder Policy:

A backorder is automatically created when your request exceeds our inventory. Backorders are automatically fulfilled and charged as soon as inventory becomes available and shipped at no additional charge. If your order includes a new item that is not yet in inventory, a backorder will be created. Your invoice will include shipping and handling charges for backorders of new items.
